Making the Most of those Designer Paper Scraps

Are you getting tired of seeing the "FOR ALL THINGS" stamp set yet?
I certainly hope not, especially because I have this fun card today that utilizes scraps from my COLOR ME AUTUMN DESIGNER PAPER.

It's easy to fall in love with the colors featured in this paper...

I know that my card stock will perfectly coordinate with this Designer Paper, because it's one of the many things I can count on from Stampin'Up. Coordinating paper, ink , ribbons and accessories....no guessing about product quality or coordination of colors. I have confidence that my finished product will have that professional look I'm looking for....love it!

Keeping with the coordinated look I'm guessing you know which colors of solid card stock I used.

Do you like the Print Tray layout of the Designer Paper? It's one of my favorite layouts as you will see at the end of this post. Try it yourself, I think you'll have fun with it!

1.  Make a Crushed Curry card base 5 1/2" x 8 1/2", score @ 4 1/4" on the long
     side and fold in half.

2.  Make a Mossy Meadow panel measuring 3 3/4" x 4 3/4"
don't apply this to the card base yet as ribbon is wrapped around it.
3.  Make a Canjun Craze panel measuring 3 1/2"x 4 1/2". Apply to #2
4.  Cut panels from the Color Me Autumn Designer Paper
left row from top to bottom
       1" x 1 1/2"
       1" x 1"
       1" x 1 1/2"
right row from top to bottom
       2" x 1/2"
       2" x 1 1/2"
       2" x 3/4"
       2" x 1"
Layout your pieces and then start Gluing pieces in place...I like to start
in the corners and work my way in.
5.  Using Mossy Meadow ink stamp HELLO FALL from the FOR ALL THINGS
stamp set on Vanilla card stock.
6.  Use the Word Window punch to punch out sentiment.
7.  Mount sentiment to a layer of Mossy Meadow punched with the
Modern Label punch. Pop up with dimensionals.
8.  Wrap 1/8" Crushed Curry Taffeta ribbon around the layers
     and tie in a knot.

9.  Wrap Gold Metallic Baker's twine around 3 of your fingers to create
a circle bundle, remove and place in the middle of the Curry ribbon.
10. String another piece of bakers twine under the ribbon and up and over
the baker's twine bundle, tie in a bow to secure.
