Hi and welcome to another sample using the FOR ALL THINGS stamp set . My mission was to use the newest Stampin'Up In Colors. My selection for this card was to use 3 out of the 5 colors. Tangelo Twist, Hello Honey and Lost Lagoon.
Of course featuring the matching ribbon was an opportunity I just couldn't MISS. The ribbon doesn't have to be done fancy to create a fun impact. Just wrap a piece of Lost Lagoon around the panel and tie on a couple more little pieces of the Tangelo and the Honey.
Now some of you may be thinking...." What Designer Paper is THAT"?
Well I made it myself, and I have to say I LOVE IT!
Here's how I started.....
You will need the 3 ink pad colors
On your white card stock panel start inking from one of the corners across to the other corner (diagonally)
I started with Honey, then clean stamp and stamp Tangelo, then clean stamp after each color, next Lagoon and then again honey. TRY NOT to OVERLAP images.
Now flip the panel in the opposite direction and stamp a row on either side of the middle row you just created. Remember to alternate colors in the same pattern as the middle row.
O.k., so at this point you are probably saying " Right Pam, are you serious"
So if you want to create a simple effect just do a random stamping of color and images even trying overlapping. JUST HAVE FUN!
The For All Things stamp set isn't available until August 28th, but you can play with these great In Colors until then.
Don't have the In Colors yet ?
