I knew when Stampin'Up came out with the Eastern Elegance
Designer paper I would be using it a lot! Yes It's Gorgeous!
I guess it's the contemporary colors mixed with vintage and modern
designs that hits my creative button.
The inspiration for my Anniversary card came from the Wed. Sketch Challenge at Splitcoast Stampers and added a few details. All those panels are easy to fill up when you use the Designer Papers. It's the perfect paper to mix with Silver Glimmer paper ( love that sparkle ) and looks amazing with the newest Silver ribbon in the Holiday Catalog. The heart is die cut from the Heart Framelits Collection and cut with Brushed Silver paper and embossed with the Stripes embossing folder. The sentiment is from the Yippee Skippee stamp set and inked up with a Smoky Slate and Crushed Curry marker on whisper white paper. (Just a reminder, these markers can be purchased individually just until Oct. 31 , after that they have to be purchased in a set.) You can die cut out the sentiment shape with the Apothecary Accents Framelits. Be sure and layer up a few of the sentiment panels with dimensionals and pop a rhinestone sparkle in place.
