2, 4, 6, 8 Who Do we Appreciate?

O.K. I confess this is one of my Favorite shaped boxes to make!
I guess that's because it's just so EASY , easy to fill with goodies and
 I can get 2 boxes out of 1 sheet of 8 1/2" x 11".
This one is made of Daffodil Delight, Melon Mambo
and Gingham Garden Designer Paper.

To Make your 2,4,6,8, box.....
  1. Start with a piece of card stock 5 1/2" x 4 1/4"
      same as (1/2) sheet of  8 1/2" x 11"card stock
  2. Place card stock lengthwise on your paper cutter and score at 2".
  3. Turn card stock horizontally and score at 2", at 4", at 6" and at 8".
  4. Use your scissors and cut out the *smallest* RECTANGLE created by
      the score lines (it's about 2" x 1/2").
  5. You will now have a row of 4- 2"x2" scored squares on one of
      the sides.
  6. Use your scissors and cut the 2" score marks up to the scored line
that runs all the way across. Each 2" square will end up attached on
one side only and be able to fold separate from the other 3.
  7. Fold all score marks.
  8. Punch the 8 1/2" side that is opposite from the scored 2"x2" squares with
the Scallop Edge Border punch. This edge becomes the top of the box.
  9. Put sticky strip on the end that is about 3 1/2" x 1/2".
 10. Peel off sticky strip and adhere to the underside of the opposite side
rectangle  that is 3 1/2"x 2" to create the 4 sides of the box.
 11. Fold up bottom 2"x2" squares and adhere each section to the other
       to close up the bottom.

Gingham Garden Designer Paper panels are cut 1 1/2" x3"

Punch a BLOSSOM flower in Melon Mambo. Die Cut  A White tag from the Hearts a Flutter Framelits, Wrap it with Gingham Garden Washi Tape and then you can stamp an Island Indigo " For You " from the "A Round Array" stamp set. (available in Spanish and French). Use the cute little 7/8" Scallop Circle Punch to punch out the image. Punch a small hole in the top of the tag and Tie a piece of Daffodil Delight Seam binding knotted with a bow of Island Indigo Bakers Twine.

Stamping the issue is EASY...
Stamp the Medallion from the A Round Array set in Island Indigo Ink
randomly on the tissue. Take a pencil eraser and use as a stamp and stamp
Melon Mambo polka dots in between your medallion images.
