Today is Mother's Day, what an exciting celebration of our role as Mom's.We all have a birth Mom, though some of us may not know even her. Some of you may have already lost your Mother and hold your memories in your heart. Others have a Mom who live miles away(almost 600 mi. for my Mom). Some of you are Mom's yourself, with 1 child or even 8 , some still in the nest or flying their own journey , some even protecting our freedom as a volunteer. Whether by birth or circumstances we live our lives caring for others, guiding, protecting and worrying. So Thank You Ladies for the lessons you are teaching, to your kids, your community, your nieces and nephews. And Here's to the Mom's who go to the emergency room or vet in the middle of the night, child or pet you
ARE A MOM!
So I hope you enjoyed your DAY as much as I enjoyed mine.

It is Such a delight to attend as gardening is my other passion!

2 years ago. At that time we lived on 2 acres and now we live on 4 1/2.
Here is a picture of some very fragrant Bearded Irises from our old garden.
And last ,I wanted to share with you a Flower Garden Project @ a Class I took
at the 2012 Stampin'Up Convention. (Patterned Mixing Pro)
We adhered Specialty Edition DSP to a white canvas frame,
painted with a diluted solution of white paint and pool party ink.
We folded a bunch of different sized scalloped circles from the
Summer Smooches DSP collection, added buttons and twine, etc.
Happy Mom's Day
