SU stamp "P.S. I Love You" Chalkboard Style

The Chalk Board Technique is So Easy
and Looks Fabulous with this Valentine...
using the "P.S. I Love You" set
(the set is retired, but it's still a favorite)

It's combined with a strip of the More Amore Designer paper and
Vanilla Flower Trim from the Spring 2013 Catalog.

TIP: I dyed my flower piece by moistening the flower with a little  spritz of water and then pouching it on top of my Pool Party ink pad. The water helps the ink to flow evenly over the flower rather than just sitting on the surface.

Chalkboard Technique
1. Run an embossing buddy over a piece of black card stock.
2. Stamp the image or sentiment with Versamark and emboss with
white embossing powder using the HEAT TOOL.
3. You can stamp with white ink and emboss with clear ep, however, it won't
give you the shocking white effect.
4. Now, add your *chalk dust* by sponging white ink onto the black card stock.
5. A white pencil was used to create the border on the black panels edges.

You can see that it's an easy technique so get out those supplies and try it yourself.
