Secret Garden sends A Burst of Spring Colors!
I just Love the color combination Connie and Mary picked out
this week for the Saturday Color Challenge.
And I have to say that I am thrilled with this 2 step technique
using the SECRET Garden stamp set.
The Secret Garden set is the same set I used for my 3-D Project this week in
the Create with Connie and Mary SPRING EDITION
which featured " Nature " projects.
The Designers have come up with some truly AMAZING PROJECTS!
However you are not able to view the 30 never been seen before
projects unless you are a subscriber!
It's not too late to subscribe! For just $34.95 for 5 weeks filled with 30 incredible projects, each with a full downloadble tutorial!
1. Make a Marina Mist card base.
2. Cut a Daffodil Delight layer 5" x 3 3/4".
3. Cut a Whisper White layer 4 3/4" X 3 1/2"
4. I stamped the Daffodil Delight solid flowers first, then the Marina Mist solid
leaves and last the Not Quite Navy line image flowers.
TIP...be sure and stamp over the edge of the paper so that your images
" bleed " off the edge.
5. Stamp the "Birthday Wishes" sentiment from the Bring on the Cake
stamp set in Not Quite Navy. Vanilla panels measures 2 3/4" x 1"
6. Cut a Navy panel measuring 2 3/4" x 1 1/4".
7. Punch both ends of panels #5 and #6 with a 1 1/4" Square punch
placed on an angle. Adhere together.
8. Cut a Daffodil delight panel 3 3/8" x 1".
9. Cut a Crumb Cake panel 3 1/2" x 1 1/4"
10.Punch both ends of panels #8 and #9 with a 1 1/4" Square punch
placed on an angle. Adhere together.
11. Punch a 1/2" circle ( from the Itty Bitty punch pack ) of Marina Mist and
glue to the base of a DEsigner Builder Brad. Place Epoxy bubble on top.
12. Cut 5 " of Natural Trim and wrap around all assembled layers
except the card base.
13. Use Glue Dots and adhere the brad to the Trim.
Be Sure and Make More than one card while you have ALL THE SUPPLIES
out and taking up table space. You will always need a Birthday card!
