Lacy and Lovely with a Vellum Pocket

Every Week I try to Bring Out one of my
Stampin'Up products I haven't Used in a while

I have always enjoyed using the Scallop Envelope die cut and I thought it would be fun to S T R E T C H my thinking on using it.
I love the soft look it creates,
especially when you tuck a little sentiment note
in the pocket!

Today's card is on a Real Red card base and it has a white Top Note
frame around it...in other words I used a LEFT-OVER piece from a
recent white TOP NOTE cut through the Big Shot. You can see a little bit of the red base showing on the sides also.

Sometimes it is difficult to hide the adhesive when using vellum
so the little polka dot belly band was the perfect solution.
You can then decorate it with a row of pearls.
