All it's bright and crisp patterns. Aren't those
Umbrellas just darling?

Blossom Punch meets Tea for Two and all from SU

What fun it was to be inspired by color and shapes and to use my Blossom Punch and Designer Papers to create this pretty card.
As you can see I just love using my Stampin'Up punches.
I used 4 different punches....
Blossom, Boho Blossoms, 1 3/4" Circle and Scallop Trim Corner

It's EASY to Make the flower using the Blossom Punch and a Bone Folder

FLOWER'S WHITE CENTER....use the bone folder and roll the petal upward and toward the center
CALYPSO CORAL LAYER....use the bone folder and roll just 1 side of each petal

Punch a Primrose Petal card stock layer and a Raspberry Ripple DSP layer from the Print Poetry DSP pack in the Spring Cat.

Punch your leaves in Lucky Limeade card stock using the Blossom Punch.

The 1 3/4" DSP circles are from the TEA for TWO Designer Series Paper
in the Spring Catalog.

Don't forget a cute little sentiment for your card  " happiness ". It's from
the FABULOUS PHRASES stamp set which has 30 stamps to choose from.

2.  Cut a Daffodil Delight layer 5" x 3 3/4".

4.  I stamped the Daffodil Delight solid flowers first, then the Marina Mist solid

placed on an angle. Adhere together.
11. Punch a 1/2" circle ( from the Itty Bitty punch pack ) of Marina Mist and
glue to the base of a DEsigner Builder Brad. Place Epoxy bubble on top.
12. Cut 5 " of Natural Trim and wrap around all assembled layers
     except the card base.
13. Use Glue Dots and adhere the brad to the Trim.

Hang in There Aviary Owl

It's Fun Friday.....Bring on the bright colors and whimsical sets.
This is another card we made at our Feb. Stamp Club class.
It is quick and easy, but most of all it's another way to S T R E T C H the way
you can use the Aviary stamp set.
I hope this little guy brings a laugh to you!

Stamp the cages and perch stand in Island Indigo. Now, you may notice that
the perch stand is not a perch at all.
Aviary - Clear-Mount Stamp Set - by Stampin' Up!
That is because all you need to do is
draw a line across the top of the stand base
so that your little owl has a place to hang from.

Draw a couple of little swirls on the ends so that it matches the base.
Stamp the little owl in Tangerine Tango ink.
The Real Red "Hang in There" sentiment is from the
From My Heart stamp set

In Color Kite Flying

Today's Theme came as I was
Dreaming of relaxing  outside at my favorite place while the sun
is shining brightly and the wind blowing briskly.

Can you tell Winter is starting to get to me....LOL!

Well I actually did get to experience the sun and the wind
at beautiful Lake Tahoe. Yes, my dream boat surprised me
and had a Valentines overnight at the gorgeous lake.
Snow on the ground, sun shining and ripples on the lake...amazing!

Lacy and Lovely with a Vellum Pocket

Every Week I try to Bring Out one of my
Stampin'Up products I haven't Used in a while

I have always enjoyed using the Scallop Envelope die cut and I thought it would be fun to S T R E T C H my thinking on using it.
I love the soft look it creates,
especially when you tuck a little sentiment note
in the pocket!

Today's card is on a Real Red card base and it has a white Top Note
frame around it...in other words I used a LEFT-OVER piece from a
recent white TOP NOTE cut through the Big Shot. You can see a little bit of the red base showing on the sides also.

Make your vellum Envelope First
White Vellum 8-1/2X11 Card Stock - by Stampin' Up!Scallop Envelope Stampin' Up! Bigz Die - by Stampin' Up!

Cut your white card stock and Punch the edge with the
Scallop Trim Border punch before stamping your images

The little HELLO sentiment and the flowers are stamped in Real Red
and are from the Lacy and Lovely stamp set

Lacy & Lovely Clear-Mount Stamp Set

3 sentiments and 4 Lacy and Lovely medallions

The Red Polka Dot paper is from the
Summer Smooches Design Series paper pack

Sometimes it is difficult to hide the adhesive when using vellum
so the little polka dot belly band was the perfect solution.
You can then decorate it with a row of pearls.

I hope you enjoyed my quick and Easy card,
now it's time to try one yourself!

Happy Valentines!
