Natural color that can be dyed using
Stampin'Up Classic Ink Refills
The card layout and colors are a part of weekly challenges below
The Larger White paper was stamped first with pumpkin pie ink and then stamped
directly on top of the same pattern with Mambo Melon ink.
Twist the design evenly to create a double
pattern of color. I used the MIXED BUNCH stamp set
After stamping your two color image, punch it out with the 2 3/8" Scallop Circle
You will notice that your punched image has round edges NOT LIKE the
punched flower on the card. Take your punched image and attach a large
sticky note (covering the entire image) to the bottom side. Slide the sticky note
and image back into the punch. Now twist the sticky note
so that the punched image
DOESN'T line up with the scallops on the punch but with the inside points
of the scallop. Re-punch and you will achieve the pointed edges on your design.
TIP: try first on a non stamped piece of paper!
To Make the Punched Folded Flower I used the 1 3/4" Scalloped Circle punch
FOLLOW the same directions as I used on my
The sentiment " HELLO" is from the Friendship Preserve stamp set
and the Faceted button was tied with a piece of white bakers twine that was dyed
with Melon Mambo reinker and water.
