It's Silver Glimmer "DRESS UP" Time
I just couldn't resist playing with the NEW "DRESS UP"
Framelits Die in the NEW SPRING 2013 Catalog
It looks so sparkly set against the
Pool Party Oval layer (part of the NEW OVAL COLLECTION dies)
The "Sycamore Street" Designer Paper I used

I love the Pool Party and White combination, so fresh!
during SALE-A-BRATION. It looks super cute glued
on the Pool Party ruffled ribbon.
Just trim your ends to create a banner look!

I used pearls for the buttons on the dress
and a sharpie to color them.

Wrap Pool Party Bakers Twine around the waist 4 times to create
a matching belt. Add some dazzling details to the
twine to make it sparkle!
My color inspiration came from the color challenge @
